Zibilski Named to SEC Community Service Team

FAYETTEVILLE – Reagan Zibilski of the No. 9 Arkansas women’s golf team has been named to the SEC Community Service Team. Zibilski leads the team in community service hours and is one of the leaders in the community among student-athletes at Arkansas.

“Reagan [Zibilski] is an all-around student-athlete who embodies who we are here at Arkansas,” said head coach Shauna Taylor. “She wants to win in school, golf and in the community.

“Reagan has represented us on SAAC and is always the first person to volunteer her time to help others. I’m very proud of her commitment to excellence in all areas and this award is much deserved.”

Zibilski has been a huge help in Coach Taylor’s Choose Confidence program, in which she assists with clinics, seminars and events to give kids the tools and insight to grow their self-confidence. She has also volunteered at the Fayetteville Country Club Junior Clinic, Walmart AMP and Shop with the Razorbacks. The Springfield, Missouri native is the golf team’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative.

In her sophomore season, Zibilski has logged a 72.74 scoring average and 12 rounds at par or better with four top 20 finishes. She has played in all eight tournaments with a career-high 11th place showing at the Purdue Puerto Rico Classic with a 2-under 214 (72-72-70). Zibilski has tallied 73 birdies and 252 pars this season.

The Arkansas women’s golf team is ready for postseason and will compete at the NCAA Las Vegas Regional at Spanish Trail Country Club from Monday, May 6 to Wednesday, May 8. The top five teams will advance to the NCAA Championship from Friday, May 17 to Wednesday, May 22 at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California.
